Crafted in Yorkshire using our own carefully harvested Yorkshire honey, this classic mead is a pure expression of tradition and patience. Fermented slowly to preserve the natural character of the honey, it opens with soft floral aromas and a gentle sweetness, balanced by a smooth, rounded finish.

No spices, no fruit—just Yorkshire honey, spring water and time. The result is a mead that’s elegant, approachable, and true to its roots, allowing the distinctive flavour of our local honey to shine through in every sip.
